Method:
1. Cut fish into slices. Wash shrimp and remove intestine. Wash scallop and wipe dry. Add seasoning and marinade for 10 minutes.
2. Wash vegetable and set aside.
3. Heat wok. Put into oil. Add ginger, fish, scallop and shrimp. Stir fry a little, pick up and put aside.
4. Boil broth. Put vegetable and udon noodle cook until soften. Add #(3), cook until all done, sprinkle scallion and serve hot.

- Noodle 8 oz.;
- Broth 4 cups;
- Oil 1 tbsp.;
- Ginger 2 to 3 slices;
- Seasonal Vegetable 2 oz.;
- Scallion pinch
- Seasoning:
- Salt 1/2 tsp.;
- Corn Starch 1/2 tsp.;
- Sesame Oil 1 tsp.;
- White Pepper pinch
