COOKING INSTRUCTIONS for DUMPLINGS

MICROWAVE
Place frozen dumplings on a plate. Cover with lightly wet towel or plastic wrap. Microwave on high power for 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
PAN-FRY
Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add oil to coat the pan. Add frozen dumplings and cook for 1 minute. Reduce heat, add 1/2 cup of water into the pan. Cover and simmer until liquid is absorbed.
DEEP-FRY
In hot oil (350 degrees), cook frozen or thawed dumplings for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
SOUP
Add frozen dumplings to boiling water. Cover and boil over high heat for 3 minutes or until dumplings float on top. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
